1. The creation of powerful, intimate theatrical experiences with a focus and exploration of what makes the form vital, unique and important in a given community. To foster within that creation the important new or seldom heard voices of our generation and to constantly develop theatre-going audiences through sustained achievement and attention to excellence without pretense.
2. To continually challenge ourselves and each other to remain a student of the art by providing space in which to grow and support for the pursuit of individual theatrical endeavors both within and without the company. To rely on and continually rebuild the relationships that create the core of the Omicron Theatre Project.
